OBJECTIVES

Management & Communication

  • 1. Ensure systematic project coordination and monitoring of its progress
  • 2. Ensure the quality and visibility of delivered products through the establishment and operation of COALITION
  • 3. Implement the management actions to monitor and keep in track the project scientific progress, budget, and scope.
  • 4. Manage risks and resolve conflicts or other issues and ensure timely delivery of products.

Charting Faculty members’ ICP competences

  • 1. to map out participating faculty members’ i-SCP competences and
    conduct relevant needs analysis
  • 2. to produce an i-SCP Competence Framework for Faculty Members in HE functioning as the basis for all future activities (WP3,4 & 5)
  • 3. to constantly review this Framework and enrich it with the participants
    insights and accumulated experience
  • 4. to evaluate the competences acquired during the Project

 Decentralised & process-oriented FD ISCP interventions

  • O1. to make the participating faculty members aware of I-SCP approaches and strategies through participation in peer-discussions following peer-observation of teaching, self- and group reflections, and self-assessment practices
  • O2. to engage the participants in an active CoP which will allow exchange, evaluation of practices & remediation (if applicable)
  • O3. to get participating faculty members scaffolded and empowered by peers & render Action research results feasible in practise.

ISCP content through interactive media

  • O1. to construct a website, open to anyone interested, attractive and user friendly that will host all the results that will be produced through the COALITION activities.
  • O2. to design, produce, implement in practice and evaluate an e-book that offers the participating faculty members the necessary scaffolding in the i-SCP axes for good educational praxis in higher education
  • O3. to design, produce, implement in practice and evaluate a MOOC that offers the participating faculty members the necessary scaffolding in the i-SCP axes for good educational praxis in higher

Evaluation of ICP processes and interactive content

  • O1_informing faculty developers, policy decision makers and other stakeholders of the impact of i-SCP in HE and action-research in FD
  • O2_producing guide showcasing the developmental processes used, faculty misconceptions and how faculty evaluated the efficacy and employability of current or future process-oriented FD approaches
  • O3_communicating evidence-based efficacious or less efficacious processes in the guide so as to be conducive to FD theorised practice sustainability and dissemination
